Allina Medical Clinic is across the street from Meeker County Memorial Hospital. A part of the Allina Medical Clinic's roots reach back nearly 70 years.

In 1935, Dr. Cutts and Dr. Harold Wilmot had a medical practice located above the Charles Anderson Drug Store. In 1937, Dr. Cecil Wilmot joined his brother at the practice, following the death of Dr. Cutts. Construction of the Wilmot Medical Building began in 1948. Dr. Wayne Chadbourne and Dr. Donald Dille began working at the practice, and Dr. Fred Schnell joined in 1952. At that time, the Litchfield Medical Clinic was on the ground level. There were five other clinics in town, all above downtown offices. The Litchfield Medical Clinic was purchased from Wilmot Medical Corp. in 1973. The clinic was again repurchased in 1987, this time by Lifespan Inc. In March 1993, the clinic moved to its present location.
